Case Study - 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Menu

Client: 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana Restaurant, Macau, a Galaxy Resorts brand

Creative direction: Due to scheduling demands, the client requested that both David Hartung and myself work simultaneously on this project. We both set up studio environments in adjoining parts of the restaurant where each of us photographed our own portion of the menu.

Each dish received two or three different visual treatments; the resulting menu and marketing library is cohesive while offering multiple options for how each dish might be presented.
