Mixing Matcha in Guangzhou
Guangzhou is home to the world’s larges tea market. While most of the tea products available locally have a decidedly Chinese bent (as might be expected), Japanese teas and tea wares also enjoy a certain degree of popularity. Matcha is well represented, at prices that are all over the map.
