Macau Portrait Photography - Tapestry in Sound Jazz Band Promo for Cafe Deco

The Tapestry in Sound jazz band exists as something of an anomaly amongst the usual imported acts performing in new Macau’s casinos, bars and other assorted performance venus; it’s a thoroughly local group featuring a handful of Macau’s best young jazz musicians.

Cafe Deco Macau asked me to stop by and make a couple photos of the band last month for their promotions.

Mars Siu-Hong Lei - a Macau native - leads the band when his international travel commitments and schedule as lecturer, conductor and vocal instructor at the University of Macau allow.

We made a couple photos at the restaurant itself before moving out near the Ruins of St. Paul’s Cathedral.
