Bruno Menard With Don Melchor Wine in Macau

Celebrity chef Bruno Menard stopped by Macau late last year for a Don Melchor wine tasting event at the City of Dreams resort.

My pictures were destined for a food and dining feature story so we arrived well before the actual event to make an image of the chef and pictures of the wine itself.

I am sure chef Menard’s dishes could have been far more visually interesting than the wine bottles we photographed, but the food was both outside the core scope of the story and not available during the time we had been granted to shoot inside the Tasting Room restaurant.
